The articles can be exchanged or refunded in the following cases:

The size of the article does not fit the customer. The article is damaged or torn or the color is faded. The price tag is not attached. The parcel received is not in correspondence with the customer’s actual order.

Stipulations for refund or exchange:

• The parcel should be returned within 7 days after the received date.
• The price tag should be intact.
• The article must be unworn.
• The returned articles should be untarnished and odorless.
